SIDEWALK

Keene is having a Street Fair this weekend, Friday, Saturday 10:00 - 9:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 5:00.  I hope you will be able to enjoy the amusements, food and sidewalk sales, as well as the wonderful weather.  The Knook is having 20% off Goddess Shawl kits, Beaded Scarf kits, various other yarns and notions.  Summer yarn and Rowan yarn will also be on sale.  Wishing you a great weekend.   

ARTWALK

ARTWALK 2012

This Friday, June 1st, is the beginning of Artwalk, and will continue to Sunday,  June 10th.   The Knitting Knook will host the artwork of Tina Siart Boylan.  Boylan’s theme this year is “Ain’t Love Grand” and her acrylic on canvas paintings are wonderful and lovely.   I hope you will be able to view Boylan’s work this year as well as all the other participating artist.

The Knitting knook will be celebrating the opening of Artwalk with a cocktail party this Friday evening from five pm to 8pm., featuring harpist, Rebecca Junilla.
